1717 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing use of the 1717 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before making any transactions or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1717 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as any related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 1717 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 1717 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.


Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

To access the full services of the 1717 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 1717 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

User responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and valid registration information, including your full name, date of birth, and correct payment details.
  • Keep your account information up to date whenever there are any changes.
  • Not sharing login credentials with any third party.
  • Using the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or operate the platform.

Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 1717 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (direct transfer from major Malaysian banks) and TNG eWallet. Available payment methods are subject to change based on operational requirements.

Deposits will be credited to your account balance upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and network conditions. 1717 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers.

For withdrawals, the following rules apply:

  • Withdrawals are only processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the 1717 account holder.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal can be reviewed in your account settings after logging in.
  • 1717 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal as a fraud prevention measure.
  • Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will result in immediate account closure and appropriate further action.

Liability Limitations, Account Suspension and Closure

The 1717 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied or express warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1717 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

1717 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any part of these terms.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Multiple account usage or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems.
  • Any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform or other users.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who believe their account was closed in error may contact our support team for further review.


Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Applicable Law

All content on the 1717 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 1717 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1717.

The 1717 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or content. Such links are provided for convenience only, and 1717 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be amended to the minimum extent necessary while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
